We only ship within the 48 continental United States. Unfinished Craft Slate - Shipping Information Shipping and handling charges are quoted per order, based on the estimated weight of the unfinished slate and the shipping address. To receive a shipping and handling quote for a potential unfinished slate order, please use the order form and select 'Quote' as your Payment Method. We ship using DHL Ground and cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We must have a physical address to ship to. Shipping time will vary for unfinished slate orders, depending on our current volume of orders at a given time, as well as other factors such as the weather. In general, the majority of orders are shipped 7 to 10 days after receipt of payment. Orders needing to be shipped prior to 7 days after receipt of payment may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.     Finished Crafts - Shipping Information Each of our finished crafts has a fixed shipping and handling charge for each of our 6 shipping zones. These zones are shown on our shipping zone map below.   Our finished crafts, if ordered "as is" from the web site, with no customizing, are usually shipped within 72 hours or receipt of payment. Custom Order - Shipping Information Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of payment, for any custom orders to be shipped. We will always get them done as soon as possible but cannot guarantee faster delivery because of a varying amount of orders at any given time.
